– Lithuanian Institute of Humanistic and Existential Psychology (psychotherapist level)
Member of European Association for European Psychotherapy, holder of EU certificate of Paychotherapy

Target groups
Psychotherapy – We focus during the sessions primarily on what the client wants, what to achieve, where
to get to. I help the client understand where the roots of their problem are and change it. I give homeworks. I do
not work with established dependencies.

Career counseling – burnout, dissatisfaction, unemployment, career planning, etc.

Health counseling – if you want to do something for your own health, not be dependent on the pharmacy.
Above all, changing your attitude and lifestyle. Biofeedback – allows you to discover and balance various
disorders, especially those with an emotional background (including old traumas).

Additional information
Many trainings of different schools: NLP, Jung, group analysis, process work, transpersonal therapy,
TRE (trauma relief exercises), EFT (emotional freedom technique), EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, yoga, shindo, Chi-gong,
physical therapies, work with dreams, etc.

The goal of my work is to replace the attitude “I can’t …, because someone once said, did ….” with the
attitude “Despite the fact that someone once said or did….”, I have the courage and strength to live
happily and achieve my goals”.
